Assistant Community Manager

Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) ***Monthly new lease andrenewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.*** We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 224-unit luxury community in Pensacola, Florida!Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements At least one year of experience in on-site property management. Strong bookkeeping and organization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs. Must be able to work at least one Saturday, with an alternative day off during the week, per month or as needed based on property needs.
