Policy and Strategy Specialist

Supporting strategic growth, the full-time remote Policy and Strategy Specialist will analyze Medicaid and Medicare policies, develop market intelligence, and coordinate public-sector opportunities to enhance equitable access to care. Key responsibilities Advise on state and federal health insurance markets and regulations to support strategic planning Maintain a structured opportunity pipeline for public-sector initiatives and conduct market research Coordinate public funding workstreams and facilitate the development of new concepts and strategic initiatives Required qualifications Master's degree in healthcare policy, public health, or a related field preferred 5-7 years of experience in healthcare policy or public-sector healthcare consulting Professional experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and publicly funded insurance programs Experience in policy analysis, market research, and coordinating cross-functional projects Strong project management skills and familiarity with collaboration tools like Monday.com or Notion
