Role: Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant
Status: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Four-day work week with alternating Saturdays

We're looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do

• Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Obtain thorough patient histories and maintain accurate medical records.
• Prepare exam rooms, instruments, and equipment for patient care.
• Safely restrain patients during examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and anesthesia as directed.
• Monitor anesthesia, patient vital signs, and recovery.
• Collect laboratory samples and perform diagnostic testing.
• Provide attentive nursing care for recovering patients.
• Educate clients about medications, treatments, and preventive care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and efficient treatment area.
• Support daily hospital operations and collaborate with teammates to maintain a smooth workflow.
