Part Time Receptionist (Weekends)

We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our community. In this role, you will help create a positive experience by providing outstanding customer service and administrative support. What You'll Be Doing Welcome residents, guests, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing accurate information and assistance. Monitor visitor access and assist with guest sign-in procedures. Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scheduling, and mail distribution. Assist residents with questions, requests, and general community information. Maintain an organized and professional reception area. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Pay: $18.00 / hr DOE Schedule: Saturday/Sunday Part Time - 1 to 9pm About You Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Proficient with basic computer applications and office equipment. Dependable, organized, and customer-service focused. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
