Trilingual Customer Service Representative

To support the New York State of Health team, the full-time Trilingual Customer Service Representative will provide customer care in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, assisting callers with healthcare inquiries and applications in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from consumers regarding healthcare plans and applications Process new applications, life event changes, and demographic updates while maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards Document inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate staff as needed, ensuring adherence to performance metrics Required qualifications High school diploma or GED with 6+ months of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with the ability to speak, read, and translate fluently Residency within 100 miles of New York, NY Strong data entry and telephone skills, with previous customer service experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
