About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Account Management with a strong commercial acumen to spearhead its customer growth and expansion strategy. This executive will be responsible for leading the company's efforts in customer retention, account expansion, and increasing customer lifetime value. The role is not traditional customer support; it demands an executive who can build strategic, long-term partnerships, and is adept at understanding client business priorities to translate successful engagements into broader collaborations. The VP will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to ensure a seamless transition from new-client acquisition to existing-customer growth, and will be expected to bring structure and accountability to account expansion while maintaining a high-touch, consultative approach. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in enterprise data and analytics services, technology services consulting, or a related professional services environment, with a proven track record in expanding complex enterprise accounts. Strong knowledge of enterprise data management, including data strategy, governance, quality, and integration, is essential. Experience within the Salesforce and Snowflake ecosystems is a plus, as is a background in building relationships with technology-partner account executives and alliance leaders. The role requires a leader with a collaborative style, the ability to work effectively with executive teams, and a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for an advanced degree in a related discipline.
