Step into a rewarding role supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Oregon. There are full-time opportunities available to provide essential speech and language services to children from birth to age 5. These in-person, contract-based positions will have you working in dedicated school environments, making a meaningful difference in early childhood development.

Opportunities include:

• Serving children from birth to 3 years old on a 190-day contract, July 6, 2026 - June 11, 2027
• Providing services to children ages 3-5 on a 190-day contract, August 21, 2026 - June 9, 2027

As part of a vibrant educational setting, you’ll work with students and families in areas around Salem, including Polk and Yamhill counties. These roles require an enthusiastic, dedicated professional eager to support communication milestones in early learners.

What we’re seeking:

• Current licensure or eligibility for Oregon Speech-Language Pathology licensure
• Experience or solid clinical practicum with early intervention/early childhood (birth-5) populations in a school setting
• Confidence conducting assessments, developing IEPs/IFSPs, and collaborating with educational teams and families
• Ability to travel within designated areas to provide direct, in-person services
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Primary responsibilities:

• Delivering speech-language therapy to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a school-based environment
• Administering evaluations and developing individualized plans for student support
• Engaging with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families for holistic student progress
• Maintaining timely, accurate documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
