Bartender

Job Description As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, deliver the best drinks to customers, and create a great bar experience. You will be friendly to both staff and customers and work as part of the service team. Responsibilities Mixer outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards. Provide excellent service by assisting servers and ensuring a great bar experience. Maintain a clean, organized bar area and adhere to health and safety protocols. Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 21 years old (per state law). Be able to effectively communicate with others and be friendly to staff and customers. Committed to making an impact and working hard with a positive attitude. Physically able to remain stationary, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, and walk for up to four hours per shift. Physical Standards Must have ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift. Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff. Must wear protective hand coverings, face coverings/masks, and use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift. Must frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.
