WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - WPB

Job Summary The Warehouse associate will coordinate the activities and operations of the warehouse. Repeatedly lift, load, and offload light metal products, windows, and doors. Duties/Responsibilities General Shop Labor. Loading/offloading light metal products and windows. Assembly of our metal shutter products (some hand drilling using air drill is required). Working on production line and meeting production targets. Directs forklift drivers as needed. Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed. Occasional local deliveries to job sites using company vehicle. Occasional pick up of supplies at local vendors using company vehicle. Shop cleaning and organization as needed. Performs other related duties as directed. Operate company vehicles as needed. Make deliveries as needed. Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures. Ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory. Basic knowledge of hand tools. Ability to pass background check. Positive attitude. Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid Driver’s License. Two years of work experience in a warehouse/manufacturing preferred. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
