Account Manager - Central Territory Location: Chicago, Illinois; Louisville, Kentucky; Albuquerque, New Mexico; El Paso, Texas. Achieves sales revenue targets within the designated territory. Manages the entire sales process: customer engagement, quoting, order processing, product shipment, and training of clinical staff and distributors. Supports Aerogen distributors and collaborates with the Marketing team to launch new products. Builds strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, and peers in promotional events. Employs strategic selling skills and proactively creates sales opportunities. Performs additional tasks as requested by the manager. Clinical Affairs Specialist Manages and executes Clinical Affairs contributions to regulatory requirements supporting development, approval, and commercialization of Aerogen devices. Generates and analyses clinical data to demonstrate benefits, safety, and effective use of Aerogen devices. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and supports market access of medical devices. Clinical and Sales Specialist - Argentina (Buenos Aires) Location: Argentina. Drives commercial success focused on the Buenos Aires region. Integrates sales, clinical support, and strategic planning to strengthen relationships with existing customers. Identifies and develops new business opportunities. Delivers clinical training. Collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs. Manages distributor relationships. Clinical Educator Supports revenue growth by delivering ongoing customer training and education. Provides superior clinical support to customers and the commercial organization. Delivers education programs that meet healthcare professionals’ needs and improve patient care. Works closely with the sales organization and partners with Account or Territory Manager to drive adoption. Leads education activity across the region, progressing accounts from initial training to sustained adoption. Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) Manages study start‑up, site management, and monitoring activities. Oversees vendor management, subject safety, data collection, and site compliance. Coords with Aerogen Pharma and investigational sites. Provides leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ensures regulatory and ethical compliance. Contracts and Pricing Coordinator Administers contracts and pricing operations for the United States and Canada. Ensures accurate contract documentation and pricing compliance. Country Sales Manager - Mexico Drives commercial and clinical performance in Mexico. Applies strategic planning, sales leadership, and clinical expertise to build strong market presence. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams while supporting distributor relationships. Country Sales Manager - Brazil Drives commercial and clinical performance in Brazil. Combines strategic planning, sales leadership, and clinical expertise. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and distributor relationships. AI & Machine Learning Lead Leverages AI and machine learning technologies to analyze complex data sets. Develops predictive insights and provides strategic recommendations. Leads a team in building Aerogen’s AI‑powered data infrastructure. Uses large language models, ML frameworks, and data manipulation tools. Drives AI innovation across the business. Digital Manufacturing System Engineer II Location: Ireland - Shannon Leads multidisciplinary project teams for manufacturing engineering and digitalisation projects related to MES, ERP, and other manufacturing systems. Collaborates with IT, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Engineering, and Supply Chain. Commercial Excellence Director Manages enablement of the commercial organization through systems, tool enablement, training & education, tool development, data management, analytics, and insights. Supports operational needs to drive enablement and excellence at all levels. EHS Graduate Supports the EHS function, developing, implementing, and improving EHS systems across multiple sites. Coordinates EHS administration, risk management, training, and site‑level initiatives. Provides hands‑on experience across manufacturing environments and global EHS frameworks. Support to VP, Americas and N.A. Leadership Team Provides proactive, organised support to senior leadership. Finance & Payroll Assistant (Part Time) Location: Galway, Ireland. Supports the Head of Finance in payroll, accounting, and financial reporting. Works closely with Senior Payroll Specialist and AR/AP Lead. Global Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Department: Finance Location: Ireland - Galway Leads a high‑performing FP&A team. Partners with senior business leaders to deliver high impact insight. Supports strategic decision making across the organization. IT Technical Support Provides first‑level IT technical support as part of Aerogen’s global IT support team. Delivers local IT assistance while supporting commercial teams worldwide. Hands‑on support across end‑user computing, service desk operations, infrastructure support, and approved business applications. Opportunities for career development across multiple IT disciplines. Inside Sales Representative Responsible for inside sales and support of Aerogen products within the assigned region. Analyzes and troubleshoots existing processes, collaborating across teams. Optimises production to meet business goals. Medical Director Provides medical and scientific leadership for Aerogen Pharma’s clinical development programs. Ensures alignment with corporate strategy and regulatory compliance. Executes early‑to‑late stage development, post‑marketing, and real‑world evidence activities. Builds relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions. Prepares scientific presentations and publications, and contributes to regulatory documents. Office Manager Ensures smooth day‑to‑day office operations and administrative support to senior leadership. Coordinates office administration, meeting logistics, vendor and facilities management, and employee onboarding. Supports Leadership, P&OD, Operations, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Finance, and external partners. Manages multiple priorities, maintains professionalism, and handles sensitive information. Procurement Manager – Drug and Device/Drug Combination Products Develops and executes sourcing and supplier strategies for pharmaceutical products. Partners with Technical, Quality, Supply Chain, and consultants to translate regulatory and product requirements into compliant and cost‑effective solutions. Progressively takes on operational execution. Programme Manager Oversees and coordinates multiple Aerogen projects. Leads multiple projects to successful programme delivery. Collaborates with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders for project success. Cross‑Functional Core Commercial Projects Manager Leads projects such as product releases, registration, and regulatory compliance across regions. Works with Commercial, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to meet requirements. Manages complex, technologically advanced projects and global initiatives. Regional Marketing Manager - Southern Europe Department: Commercial-EMEA Location: Southern Europe - France, Italy, Spain Develops and drives brand awareness strategy. Generates leads and adoption of Aerogen technology. Works with sales leadership, global marketing, medical affairs, and external vendors. Reports to Associate Marketing & Clinical Education Director with a dotted line to the Head of Southern Europe & MEA. Regional People Operations Lead - EMEA & APAC Department: People & Organisational Development Location: Ireland - Galway Delivers Aerogen’s People strategy across multiple regions. Builds scalable People Operations practices and improves employee experience. Partners with People Business Partners and Business Leaders to comply across jurisdictions. Strengthens global People Operations foundations and system data practices. Biological Safety Coordinator Defines and executes an appropriate biological safety strategy across the product life cycle. Plans and oversees biocompatibility evaluations (e.g., ISO 10993). Generates evidence for regulatory submissions. Maintains the organization’s commercial footprint through sustained market access and post‑market change support. Works with Technology, Product, and Process Development groups and external partners for biological safety risk assessments. Senior Director of Quality Assurance Develops and maintains quality business strategy and QA system compliant with FDA and ISO 13485. Leads an internal QA organization of 3-4 individuals and strategic consultants. Investigates and resolves product quality and compliance issues. Provides signatory authorization for quality control documentation. Oversees clinical quality assurance (GCP). Senior Manager, Global Regulatory Affairs Operates in a fast‑moving environment, balancing strategy and execution. Shapes regulatory path for biologic‑device combination product. Drives day‑to‑day deliverables and cross‑functional coordination. Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Designs, develops, and verifies aerosol drug delivery products across multiple care settings. Impacts patient outcomes through high‑performance technology development. Senior Medical Science Liaison - Japan Ensures safe and effective use of Aerogen devices by engaging with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals. Shapes medical strategy and supports evidence generation. Contributes to educational and scientific exchange activities. Senior Operational Excellence Engineer II Location: Ireland - Shannon/Galway Drives performance improvement through lean principles, industrial engineering methodologies, and strategies. Translates business strategy into executable initiatives by optimising flow, capacity, space utilization, and problem solving. Integrates digital (lean 4.0) capabilities and supports strategic priorities. Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist II - Strategic Regulatory Department: QA/RA Location: Ireland - Galway Works within Aerogen’s Global Strategic Regulatory Affairs team to develop and execute regulatory strategies. Senior Scientist II Leads scientific programmes supporting development of respiratory drug delivery technologies. Guides study design, technical decision‑making, and project management.
