Key Responsibilities of the Sterile Processing Technician
  • Tray assembly, including sterilization and wrapping
  • Decontamination of medical instruments
  • Conducting instrument inspections and ensuring high-level disinfection
Requirements of the Sterile Processing Technician
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sterile processing
  • Certification: CBSPD/CRCST (firm)
  • Strong skills in tray assembly, sterilization, and decontamination procedures
