ServiceNow Program Manager, Lead

ServiceNow Program Manager – Lead Location: McLean, VA About the Role Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of ServiceNow programs for Federal Government clients, ensuring successful and scalable deployments. Provide strategic direction and oversight to a multidisciplinary team, manage program objectives, budget constraints, and staffing challenges, and identify opportunities to grow the business while supporting clients’ missions. Responsibilities Develop and execute program plans, schedules, and critical path management for complex ServiceNow initiatives. Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership. Lead the review and interpretation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and requirements documents. Analyze IT service performance using metric analysis tools. Manage federal contracts, including change control processes and technical requirements. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to navigate requirements, budgets, and staffing challenges. Identify opportunities for program growth and business development. Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing ServiceNow programs. Experience writing reports for executive leadership. Experience managing federal contracts. Proficiency with integrated project schedules and critical path management. Experience developing and implementing complex contract program initiatives and change control processes. Ability to review and comprehend SLAs and requirements documents. Ability to analyze IT services performance with metric analysis tools. TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. High school diploma or GED required. Nice to have: Experience with National Institutes of Health contracts. Nice to have: Master’s degree. Nice to have: ITIL v3 or v4 certification. Compensation & Benefits Projected salary range: $99,000 to $225,000 (annualized USD).
