Research Senior Associate

To support the development of crop protection spray technologies, the full-time Research Senior Associate will conduct research on pesticide droplet fate and transport, develop electrostatic sprayers, and mentor research assistants in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Implement research plans including system installation, data collection, analysis, and quality control Prepare research reports and present findings at conferences and workshops Assist in the development and preparation of grant proposals Required qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in agricultural, biological, or environmental engineering or a closely related field 1 year of relevant experience with a Master's or 3 years with a Bachelor's Training/background in agricultural air emission monitoring, mitigation, and modeling Strong commitment to academic excellence, demonstrated through publications and grant proposal activities Creative and critical thinking abilities
