A growing restaurant organization is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple locations throughout Central Illinois. This position is ideal for a strong multi-unit operator who can develop managers, improve restaurant performance, and maintain consistent operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple restaurant locations across the market

• Coach General Managers and develop a strong leadership pipeline

• Drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational execution

• Review P&L statements, labor performance, food costs, and key business metrics

• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and service expectations

• Support recruiting, training, scheduling, and employee development

• Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to improve results

• Partner with senior leadership on market strategy and business growth

Qualifications

• Multi-unit restaurant management experience required

• Proven success leading General Managers and improving restaurant performance

• Strong understanding of P&L management, labor costs, food costs, and sales growth

• Excellent coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to travel between locations throughout Central Illinois

• Must live in Peoria, IL or within approximately 50 miles, or be willing to relocate
