Schedule: Full-time, day shift (8-hour shifts), one weekend per month with corresponding weekdays off that week, one 3-day weekend off per month guaranteed

• Work in a 412-bed acute care hospital with advanced specialty certifications including Stroke, STEMI receiving center, and elective joint replacement
• Diverse patient population across multiple specialized units: ICU, Neuro ICU, Burn ICU, Pediatric ICU, Neuro, Ortho and Spine, Med/Surg, and Telemetry
• Manageable caseload of 9-10 patients in acute care setting
• No minimum treatment minute requirements – focus on quality patient care
• Balanced schedule with guaranteed time off and predictable weekend rotation
• 91-day assignment with competitive travel compensation

Requirements:

• Active California Occupational Therapy license or eligibility
• Acute care hospital experience preferred
• Allied healthcare certification required
• Ability to manage diverse patient populations across multiple specialty units
