Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapist

Namy Physical Therapy in Port St. Lucie, FL is looking to add a licensed Occupational Therapist to our outpatient rehabilitation team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients while helping individuals improve function, independence, and overall quality of life.

Position Overview

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized care plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions that support daily living and functional mobility. This position works closely with other clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical and functional abilities
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions focused on improving daily living skills
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention
• Track progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with the care team to support optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Florida Occupational Therapy license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Compensation

• Hourly pay range: $45–$52 , based on experience
