Qualifications and Experience:
- Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required
- Prior experience in a school-based environment is a definite plus
- Knowledge of IEPs, progress reports, and therapy documentation standards
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Adaptability to different service delivery models (remote, hybrid, onsite, travel)
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough records of progress
- Provide expert guidance to teachers and caregivers for daily support
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
