Job Title: Cycle Counter We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cycle Counter to ensure inventory accuracy and support production within our dynamic environment. This role involves performing daily cycle counts, verifying inventory against system records, and assisting with inventory adjustments. Responsibilities Perform daily cycle counts of inventory across warehouse, bulk storage, and production lineside locations. Verify physical inventory against ERP system records. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies including overages, shortages, and mislocated items. Identify root causes of inventory variances and work with cross‑functional teams to prevent recurrence. Verify inventory availability for production lines and sub‑assembly areas. Support material searches for missing or misplaced parts impacting production. Confirm correct part numbers, quantities, and storage locations. Assist with inventory adjustments and corrections within the ERP system. Maintain accurate location management for all materials. Support implementation of ABC cycle counting programs. Validate part labeling, barcodes, and storage standards. Ensure materials are stored in correct locations and labeled properly. Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse organization. Support process improvements related to inventory control and material flow. Assist with physical inventory activities. Essential Skills High school diploma or equivalent. 1–3 years of warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing experience. Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, etc.). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to investigate problems and work independently. Additional Skills & Qualifications Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods. Frequent walking throughout warehouse and production areas. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Comfortable working in warehouse and manufacturing environments. Why Work Here? Work Environment This role requires physical activity such as standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. You must be able to lift and move up to 35 pounds and climb portable ladders. Personal Protection Equipment will be required, and good manual dexterity and multi‑limb coordination are essential. The facility includes electric charging stations and is air‑conditioned, providing a comfortable work environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ 85212. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
