Infrastructure AI/ML Engineer for Memory Design & Yield
Broadcom Corporation
Broadcom seeks an Infrastructure AI/ML Engineer for memory design, characterization, and yield optimization. You will lead agentic AI workflows across memory design, DFT, and yield analysis in a Central Engineering Group environment.
The role requires 15+ years in memory design with a Master’s/PhD in EE/CE, and hands-on experience with multi-agent AI systems, LangGraph, and EDA toolchains. Office-based in California’s San Jose area.
