Technical Program Manager — AI Training

Anthropic is hiring a Technical Program Manager to coordinate complex AI model training programs. You will manage cross-functional projects spanning research, engineering, and infrastructure teams, ensuring that Claude model training runs are delivered on time and within compute budgets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program management experience
- Experience in ML or infrastructure programs
- Strong understanding of ML training workflows
- Excellent project planning and risk management skills
- Experience with Agile and cross-team coordination
Nice to Have
- Experience managing GPU compute budgets
- Background in ML engineering or research
- Experience with training run coordination
- PMP or similar certification
