As a Teller I, you will assist customers with a variety of financial products and services while ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing. What You’ll Do Process routine customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing Balance and reconcile cash daily to ensure accuracy of all transactions Verify customer identity and follow all fraud prevention and security procedures Identify proper endorsements, payees, and signature requirements Determine when holds are necessary and apply according to policy Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency Greet customers in-person and at the drive-thru, creating a welcoming environment Handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with inquiries, and resolve account-related issues Respond promptly to customer needs and ensure a positive experience Exceed customer expectations by going the extra mile Collect and act on feedback to improve service quality Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to Market Manager, Personal Banker, or Head Teller Cross-sell and promote appropriate bank products and services Maintain strong product knowledge to provide accurate information and solutions Build and retain customer relationships through consistent, high-quality service Assist with account maintenance tasks such as ordering checks and debit cards Enter and maintain data in Retail logs and systems Support digital banking inquiries and technical assistance Assist with scanning, indexing, and uploading documents Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation High level of professionalism and integrity Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn Preferred Qualifications 6 months of banking experience Cash handling experience Customer service experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
