IT Quality Control Senior Advisor

IT Quality Control Senior Advisor Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 4361 Irwin Simpson Rd, Mason, OH 45040. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Responsibilities Manages the relationship with project/program stakeholders (IT and business). Leads and coordinates all testing within a project/program. Plays a leadership role in the design, development, and implementation of testing components. Defines appropriate testing methods to employ to assure developed product conforms to requirements and design. Reviews/Approves all project related test assets for completeness and quality. Collects testing metrics, reports status as defined in test plan with supporting data. Leads both onshore and offshore test execution resources for project under test. Accountable for Test Data Management, collection of requirements, evaluation of available data in repositories, ID gaps, align Configuration Management and Release Management on data needs and own test data provisioning tasks. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Five (5) years of experience in any occupation with experience executing application testing and IT product quality Experience Requirements Five (5) years of relevant experience must include: Experience with Trizetto Facets Broad understanding of industry-standard testing tools, processes, and practices Mastery of SOAP and API testing methodologies Ability to manipulate relational and NoSQL databases, including writing, executing, and optimizing SQL and MongoDB queries Ability to execute multiple projects in parallel with varying timelines, requirements, and stakeholders Experience working in a test-driven development (TDD) and continuous testing environment Strong understanding of application deployment architectures and ability to communicate testing goals and recommend strategies Ability to organize test plans and test data Ability to maintain documentation for software design, test readiness, and functional and non-functional requirements Benefits We offer a range of market-competitive total rewards that include merit increases, paid holidays, Paid Time Off, and incentive bonus programs (unless covered by a collective bargaining agreement), medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability benefits, 401(k)+match, stock purchase plan, life insurance, wellness programs and financial education resources, to name a few.
