Job Title

Cath Lab / PACU Registered Nurse

Location

Athens, GA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in both the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) settings
• Monitor and assess patients during and after cardiac catheterization procedures
• Deliver post-anesthesia recovery care, including hemodynamic monitoring and patient stabilization
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia or a compact license
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience in Cath Lab and/or PACU nursing
• Ability to function competently across both Cath Lab and recovery environments

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a dual Cath Lab and PACU role
• ACLS certification
• Strong hemodynamic monitoring and critical thinking skills
