The hospital maintains modern anesthesia capabilities while serving patients requiring diverse surgical specialties under an autonomous practice model. The facility operates with a 60-day credentialing timeframe to ensure efficient onboarding for locum tenens coverage.

Southwestern Wisconsin offers scenic Driftless Area landscapes featuring rolling hills, river valleys, and unique attractions. The CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during day shifts from 7AM to 3:30PM managing diverse surgical cases including pain, ENT, orthopedic, ophthalmology, general surgery, and obstetric procedures. The clinician will provide first call coverage for OR cases with 30-minute response time after scheduled cases conclude. Second call assistance is required until 3:00 PM, after which the clinician must remain within 30 minutes of the facility. The position operates under an autonomous staffing model with board certification required.
