Regional Dry Van $1000- $1100 Weekly Average Responsibilities / What you’ll do : Join a specialized fleet designed with drivers in mind. With weekly 34-hour resets and regionalized freight tailored to your needs, we balance the weekly home time you want with the miles to keep you moving. Regionalized Freight: Freight for our Regional Fleet is focused in specific regions, allowing for consistent home time and manageable routes that meet your needs. Average Weekly Miles: Drivers typically run 1,800 miles per week depending on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability. Compensation & Benefits Average Weekly Pay: $1000- $1100 gross per week. Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload. Equipment and Support Drive in 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths. Get 24/7 access to operations support no matter the time or day. Vacation Package 1 year = 1 week 3 years = 2 weeks 7 years = 3 weeks 15 years = 4 weeks Pay and Bonuses Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour. Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day. Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, starting the first of the month following your hire date. Must be an active OTR driver at the time of bonus payout to qualify.
