Embedded Software Engineer

Responsibilities Design, develop, and test C++ embedded software for the Vehicle Management Computer in an Agile environment. Apply object‑oriented programming principles and safety‑critical development standards throughout the lifecycle. Execute unit testing using the LDRA tool and maintain required coverage and traceability. Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and contribute to continuous‑integration pipelines. Ensure compliance with configuration‑management, documentation, and certification requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related degree. Experience with Object‑Oriented Programming Language (C++) and Object‑Oriented Design Techniques. Experience with embedded software systems. Experience with safety critical software development process (e.g., DO 178). LDRA C++ Unit Testing skill is highly desired. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gitlab or Bitbucket and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Green Hills software development tools. Experience with Rhapsody design tool. Experience with Agile software development methodologies. Experience with requirements based CSCI testing. Knowledge of Python. Strong work ethic, self‑motivation, oral and written communication skills, and collaboration skills.
