Production Associate / Machine Operator – $17.05/hr – Day Shift

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | No Nights | No Weekends | Paid Training

Looking for a steady, full-time job with weekday hours? Oakwood Veneer Company is hiring a Production Associate / Machine Operator for our Troy, MI manufacturing facility.

No manufacturing experience required. We will train you.

If you've worked as a machine operator, production worker, warehouse associate, assembly worker, line cook, restaurant worker, or in another hands-on, fast-paced job , your experience may transfer well to this position.

• $17.05/hour when working a full 40-hour week
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• No nights or weekends
• No scheduled holidays
• Full-time, 40 hours/week

• Operate production machinery and perform manufacturing tasks
• Follow work instructions and quality standards
• Move and lift materials weighing 20–30 pounds
• Stand and remain active throughout the shift
• Learn multiple machines and production processes
• Keep your work area safe and organized

• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Comfortable working on your feet and performing repetitive tasks
• Able to lift 20–30 pounds repeatedly
• Comfortable around machinery
• Able to follow instructions and learn new processes

Previous experience is helpful, but not required. Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, production, assembly, warehouse, material handling, food service, line cooking, fast food, or restaurant work is a plus.
