Development Engineer
Location: Wichita, KS, 67213
Job Description:

The Development Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new products and systems. They will work closely with other engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet customer requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:

Design and develop new products and systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer requirements
Conduct testing and analysis to ensure product quality and reliability
Provide technical support to manufacturing and production teams
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve product performance and reliability

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
3+ years of experience in product development or related field
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and design processes
Experience with CAD software and other design tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
