Field Sales Representative

Sales Representative Location: 4045 Lakeview Crossing, Groveport, Ohio 43125. TruGreen is hiring ongoing Field Sales Representatives to serve homeowners across the community. As the front‑line face of TruGreen, you will introduce personalized lawn care solutions, building lasting relationships through door‑to‑door outreach. Responsibilities Engage with homeowners face‑to‑face to assess their lawn care needs and deliver customized solutions. Convert “just looking” inquiries into signed service agreements using a proven sales methodology. Log interactions and track performance in the CRM to measure activity and ensure follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell additional services to enhance customer value and revenue. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are equally valued. Strong communication skills, both small talk and closing conversations. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable and road‑ready. Solid time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset. Comfortable using mobile devices and technology (no coding required). Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors. Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English. Must be physically located in the United States while performing the job. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions.
