DescriptionAbout the Role: We are looking for a mid-level Full Stack Developer to join the CRG team, supporting a portfolio of Finance and HR applications while contributing to cloud modernization initiatives. This role includes full-stack development, application enhancements, API integrations, Azure-based development, and participation in enterprise projects including Payroll Loan Tracker and In-Sync integrations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across front-end, database, and cloud technologies and collaborating closely with developers and QA throughout the software development lifecycle. The environment offers a mix of application support, new feature development, system integrations, and Azure cloud adoption work.What You'll Do• Develop and build new solutions using a variety of technologies including the full .NET stack, JavaScript frameworks, SQL, and PowerShell• Analyze, design, and refactor business applications to bring them up to current standards• Partner with aligned QA on automated testing and continuous delivery• Translate business and functional requirements into technical design in collaboration with project teams• Identify and implement problem resolutions and perform system and risk analysis• Maintain integrity of high-level design and architecture through pairing and design/code reviews• Work with team members and key stakeholders to develop high level project estimates and test plans• Participate in application reviews to help drive accurate and complete support documentation• Seek out and apply new technologies and skills through conferences, online training, and participation in user groups• Participate in lunch and learns and other open learning opportunitiesWhat We're Looking For• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience with the Microsoft stack working across tiers — C#, MVC, ASP.NET, Web API, T-SQL, RESTful services, OAuth 2.0, Azure, and Power BI• Strong back-end development skills with experience in C# and SQL Server• Creative problem solver who is automation-focused — success in reducing recurring work and enabling self-service• Comfortable working in an Agile/Lean development environment and collaborating within and across teams• Ability to work collaboratively with internal clients, business analysts, project managers, and other developers to elicit requirements and implement solutions• Quality focused and motivated by small quick wins and process improvement• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering preferred — equivalent experience also consideredNice to Have• Experience with Power Automate, Python, Alteryx, and/or Azure• Data integration experience• Experience using GitHub Copilot or another AI tool to support analysis and development workSkillsC#, .net, mvc, asp.net, api, sql, t-sql, azure, agile, power automate, python, alteryx, power bi, data integration, github copilot, AI, powershell, javascript, angular, react, vueTop Skills DetailsC#,.net,mvc,asp.net,api,sql,t-sql,azure,agileAdditional Skills & QualificationsObject-Oriented design principlesCI/CD and DevOps practicesAutomated testingGitHub or similar version controlRequirements elicitation and collaboration with business analysts and project managersTechnical documentation and support documentationSystem and risk analysisCode reviews and design reviewsHigh level project estimationExperience LevelIntermediate LevelJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
