Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse for a fast-paced, high-acuity facility. This role is ideal for candidates with strong trauma experience and the ability to thrive in a Level 1 Trauma Center environment.

Position Details:

• Unit: Emergency Department (ED)
• Contract Type: Travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency care in a Level 1 Trauma setting
• Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on acuity
• Monitor, assess, and treat patients with critical conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of recent ED experience (within the last 3 years)
• Experience in an acute care facility of similar or larger size
• Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Strong triage experience required
• Current certifications required:
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • NIHSS
• EPIC experience preferred
• Active RN license (state-specific as required)

Additional Criteria:

• Travelers will only be considered if they have experience in hospitals of equal or greater size
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
