Holy Family Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dependable Medication Technicians to join our team in Bethlehem, PA.

At Holy Family, we care like family . As a Med Tech, you will help residents remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible by providing medication assistance and personalized daily support in a welcoming, home-like environment.

What You'll Do as a Med Tech:

• Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders, established procedures, and applicable regulations
• Document medication administration, resident observations, and changes in condition accurately and promptly
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, choice, and independence
• Monitor residents for changes in their physical, emotional, or cognitive condition and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate nursing team member
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies calmly, compassionately, and in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, residents, and families to provide consistent, person-centered care

Med Tech Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Medication Aide Certification in PA
• Previous caregiving or customer service experience in a senior living environment preferred
