Company Overview: A leading accounting firm is seeking a Tax Supervisor to join their team, with the potential to advance to a Tax Manager role within a year. The firm is known for its commitment to professional development and client service excellence. Job Responsibilities: Identify, communicate, and resolve engagement issues in a timely and organized manner Supervise, train, and mentor junior tax colleagues Prepare complex Individual, Partnership, and Corporate tax returns Review individual and business tax returns Assist with tax planning Participate in administrative projects such as the annual revision of checklists and engagement letters Manage client relationships professionally and courteously Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting/Tax Active CPA or EA 4+ years of current or recent public accounting tax experience Experience with High-Net-Worth Individual, Partnership, and Corporate tax returns Comfortable with tax software such as CCH Axcess Compensation: Salary: $100,000 - $130,000, Plus Bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
