Job Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Reno, NV. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience as a practicing litigator, preferably with expertise in medical malpractice or healthcare law. The attorney will join a collaborative team environment, working alongside seasoned trial attorneys to deliver exceptional results for clients. Duties Provide legal counsel and representation from pre-trial through trial. Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreements. Attend court hearings, depositions, trials, and client meetings. Conduct legal research and case analysis. Collaborate on case strategy with senior associates and partners. Contribute to business development and client relationship management. Requirements Active membership in the Nevada State Bar. At least 7 years' experience in litigation, preferably in medical malpractice or healthcare law. Strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership in the Nevada State Bar. Skills Strong litigation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
