Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Patient Navigator to support a dynamic outpatient wound care center. You will handle administrative duties, coordinate patient flow, verify insurance, schedule visits, and assist providers to ensure efficient patient care. With a CMA/EMT/CNA background and strong organization, you will contribute to accurate record-keeping, prepare charts, and support clinical workflows while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
