Associate Director, Oncology Contract Strategy

Responsibilities
- Develop contract strategies with financial justification and guide through approval processes
- Partner with customer-facing teams on key initiatives and negotiation execution
- Coordinate with analysts on rebates, chargebacks, reporting, and contract operations
- Monitor market trends and competitive conditions affecting brand pricing across therapeutic areas
- Support licensing and business development in pricing assessment for new opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, science, economics, or finance
- 4+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
- Understanding of market access and healthcare delivery systems
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
- Solution-oriented and innovative mindset
Compensation: $147,017.60 - $220,526.40 base
