Qualifications

• Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician.
• Licensed to practice in Illinois.
• Minimum 2 years functional medicine experience in Illinois after board certification.
• Experience in outpatient primary care strongly required.
• Certification or background in integrative care, functional medicine required.
• Past work experience in a medical wellness clinic required.
• Excellent professional/academic references and credentials.
• Comfortable with EMRs and computers.
• Strong preference for candidates living within a short commute to Northbrook, IL.
