Data Validation Specialist

Location: Honolulu, HI

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Business Hours (Onsite)

Contract Length: 2 Months

Pay: $20-$25/hour

TEKsystems is seeking a detail-oriented Data Validation Specialist to support a short-term data migration project. This role involves reviewing, transferring, and validating information between spreadsheets and systems to ensure data is accurate and complete.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with data entry, administrative, or clerical experience who are comfortable working with Excel and performing detailed, repetitive tasks.

• Enter and update information in spreadsheets and systems
• Review data for accuracy and completeness
• Identify and correct errors or missing information
• Compare information across multiple sources
• Follow established processes and procedures
• Document issues and communicate findings to the team
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
