CNC Operator

Position: CNC Operator Pay rate: $22.25 – raise every 3 months for 12 months to the rate of $26.50/hr Training Shift: 90 day training on 1st shift; Regular Shift: Afternoon 3:00pm-11:30pm Hire Type: Direct Hire Location: Leetsdale, PA Join our team as a CNC Operator with 6 months to 1 year of experience. In this role, you will operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality components according to technical specifications. This position offers a solid opportunity to utilize and develop your skills within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to manufacture parts per specifications Read and interpret work orders, technical drawings, and CNC programs Set up and load materials into the CNC machines Measure finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Requirements 6 months to 1 year of experience operating CNC machines Ability to read technical drawings and work orders Proficiency with measurement tools and quality checks Attention to detail and a commitment to safety Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience with CNC setup and programming is a plus but not required Background in manufacturing or metalworking industries Pay & Raise Schedule Starting pay: $22.25/hr 1st raise: $23.30/hr – 3 months 2nd raise: $24.35/hr – 6 months 3rd raise: $25.40/hr – 9 months 4th raise: $26.50/hr – 12 months Afternoon shift add $1.00/hr for shift differential This is a full-time position suitable for individuals looking to further their skills in CNC operation within a supportive and safety-conscious environment.
