Workforce Management Scheduler
Local Government Federal Credit Union
Local Government Federal Credit Union, in partnership with Civic Federal Credit Union, is seeking a Workforce Management Scheduler to optimize staffing for our digital-first member contact center. In this role, you will forecast workload, build and maintain agent schedules, and monitor real-time performance to ensure service level and member experience goals are met. You’ll analyze data, prepare reports, and partner closely with operations leaders to balance efficiency, member demand, and employee engagement in a mission-driven, community-focused environment.
