Salary: $130,109 - 170,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a Bachelors degree with 8 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or a high school diploma/GED with 12 years of the same experience.
• We need direct experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• We prefer at least 5 years of hands-on Pega CDH experience.
• We prefer at least 3 years of hands-on Pega AI experience.
• We value experience with Pega Knowledge Buddy and Pega Voice AI.
• We look for strong expertise in Next-Best-Action Designer and Strategy Designer.
• We expect solid experience with adaptive and predictive models, customer decisioning, and real-time decisioning.
• We need experience integrating LLMs, external AI services, and enterprise APIs.
• We look for strong working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL.
• We prefer experience with real-time and event-driven integrations.
• Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) and Pega Lead Decisioning Architect certification are preferred.
• Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
• Experience with AI governance and model governance is preferred.
• Experience with enterprise AI implementations and customer engagement/personalization is preferred.

• We design, configure, develop, troubleshoot, and implement Pega AI and Customer Decisioning solutions.
• We implement Pega AI capabilities, including Pega Knowledge Buddy and Pega Voice AI.
• We build AI-powered workflows, orchestration, and business solutions.
• We integrate LLMs and external AI services with Pega.
• We configure and optimize Next-Best-Action strategies, customer decisioning strategies, and engagement policies.
• We develop adaptive and predictive models, customer profiles, propositions, eligibility rules, journeys, and engagement strategies.
• We implement real-time decisioning capabilities.
• We integrate Pega with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and AI services.
• We troubleshoot and tune AI and decisioning solutions.
• We support AI governance, model governance, and responsible AI requirements.
• We follow Pega guardrails and implementation best practices.

We are a bank offering a remote opportunity across several U.S. markets, with preference for candidates located in North Carolina, Florida, Texas, and Arizona. This is a highly hands-on Architect role focused roughly 50% on Pega AI and 50% on Customer Decision Hub, where we expect the selected person to independently drive technical implementation with minimal supervision. We offer a competitive total rewards package, which may include base pay, incentives, bonuses, benefits, and other awards depending on the role and location. For North Carolina, the base pay is generally between $130,109 and $170,000, with final compensation determined by skills, experience, location, and other lawful factors.
