Jr. Shipping & Receiving Supervisor Holliston, MA 01746 $20.00+ per hour (based on experience) Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire About the Role As the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of incoming and outgoing electronic materials. You’ll lead a team, maintain inventory accuracy, and help drive continuous improvement in processes and safety. Key Responsibilities Supervise all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Coordinate inventory control processes and maintain organized stock systems Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety goals Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of electronic materials Maintain shipping/receiving documentation and reports Collaborate with operations to improve workflow efficiency Why Join This Team?
