Ellie Outpatient Therapist - Multiple locations

We are hiring therapists from all walks of life, at all experience levels, from pre-licensed clinicians to fully licensed therapists with board approved clinical supervision credentials. Our goal is simple, we do our best to take care of you, and you do yours to take care of your clients.

Minimum requirements include LAC, LSW, LAMFT. We provide a flexible work schedule, but we expect our therapists to proactively balance client needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Given the high demand for sessions between 3 PM – 9 PM on weekdays or Saturdays/Sundays, success in this role requires availability during these peak hours.

What we offer includes up to $2,500 in signing bonus, free clinical supervision for licensed associate candidates, paid weekly group supervision, performance-based bonuses, and a flexible schedule. Our therapists are highly compensated and have the flexibility to manage their own caseload at a comfortable level, focus their efforts on specialties and work in a warm, inviting office.

Desired experience and qualifications include a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and having obtained licensure in their designated field. Experience with children, adolescence, teens, and/or adults is preferred. Experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or schools is also preferred. A general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities include evaluating and diagnosing behavioral health issues, creating and implementing a treatment plan, completing ongoing documentation including additional diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year.
