About the Role:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide compassionate care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health needs, helping them achieve greater independence and enhanced quality of life.

This rewarding position allows you to make a meaningful impact while supporting individuals and families every day.

Responsibilities:

Support individuals with daily living activities

Encourage independence and personal growth

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with community participation and engagement

Support behavioral and emotional needs as appropriate

Maintain documentation and communication with team members

Ensure safety, dignity, and respect for every individual supported

Qualifications Preferred but not required:

DSP, caregiver, home health aide, CNA, behavioral health, or human services experience

Experience working with intellectual disabilities, autism, or behavioral health
