What You'll Do

Caring for patients in a top-notch clinical setting, you'll provide comprehensive eye exams, contact lens exams and fittings, including scleral shells, and educate patients about their ocular health and recommend vision-enhancing products. The practice flow consists of 13 patients daily, with additional check-ups and urgent eye matters. The team leverages optical coherence tomography, visual fields, auto-refractors, Neurolens, and Optomap Panoramic Retinal Camera to digitally document and monitor changes in the retina. The position can be part-time, three days a week or full-time, between two offices.

Who We're Seeking

As a highly skilled and motivated Optometrist, you have a keen focus on both ocular and systemic health to ensure optimal vision for years to come. Your proficiency in fitting scleral contact lenses is an asset that will help you excel in this role. Success in this position requires strong leadership abilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a deep sense of compassion for patient health and safety. Minimum Qualifications

• Optometry license in the state of California
• 2 to 5 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to fit scleral lenses
