Job Details Level: Entry | Location: Earth Fare Asheville - Asheville, NC 28806 | Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time | Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 hourly | Job Category: Grocery Responsibilities Provides excellent customer service within the grocery, dairy, and frozen food departments. Ensures the Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen Food Departments are well stocked, clean, organized, rotated, and merchandised appropriately. Maintains an attractive sales floor by implementing Earth Fare merchandising guidelines as outlined by the Grocery Manager. Knowledge & Experience Knowledge of common allergies and specialized dietary terms such as gluten‑free, vegan, vegetarian, etc. (preferred). Experience working in a retail and/or customer service‑oriented environment (preferred). Environmental Conditions & Physical Demands Works in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on customer service. May work in environments of extreme cold. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; bend, reach, stoop, kneel and squat; push, pull, and maneuver heavy loads; stand and be on one's feet during the workday.
