Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with expertise in project management, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, and commercial construction . The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects while collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and executive leadership to deliver high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

• Develop and manage project budgets , cost estimates , and project schedules .

• Conduct regular job site inspections to monitor quality , safety , schedule , and budget performance.

• Manage architects , engineers , general contractors , consultants , and vendors throughout project execution.

• Lead OAC meetings , project updates, and stakeholder communications.

• Review and negotiate change orders , contracts , and payment applications .

• Coordinate permitting , regulatory approvals , and ensure compliance with building codes and project requirements.

• Perform punch list inspections and oversee successful project closeout.

• Maintain accurate project documentation , reporting, and project management software.

• Partner with internal operations, maintenance, and property teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management , Engineering , or a related field preferred.

• 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.

• Proven success managing multiple concurrent construction projects .

• Experience overseeing General Contractors , architects , engineers , and consultants .

• Strong knowledge of construction budgeting , cost estimating , project scheduling , and contract administration .

• Experience negotiating commercial construction contracts and managing change orders .

• Working knowledge of AIA contracts , building codes , and permitting processes .

• Experience with value engineering , risk management , and quality control .

• Aviation , airport , industrial , or pre-engineered metal building experience is highly preferred.

• OSHA certification or training is a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project , Excel , Outlook , and project management platforms such as Wrike .
