Pulmonologist Opportunity At Jefferson HealthJefferson Health is seeking board-certified or board-eligible Pulmonologists to join our growing multidisciplinary pulmonary care teams across various regions, including our academic flagship campuses and community-based hospitals, such as those within the Einstein Healthcare Network. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence in pulmonary medicine, a commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. Opportunities exist in both outpatient and inpatient settings, with flexibility to align with your clinical interests, including critical care, advanced bronchoscopy, or subspecialty niches.Provide comprehensive diagnosis, management, and treatment of pulmonary conditions including asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, and sleep-related disordersInterpret pulmonary function tests, chest imaging, and sleep studiesPerform and interpret bronchoscopies and other pulmonary procedures (as applicable)Participate in inpatient consults and/or ICU coverage (based on site-specific needs)Collaborate with critical care, thoracic surgery, radiology, and oncology teamsDocument care in a timely and accurate manner using electronic medical records (EMR)Engage in quality improvement initiatives and continuing educationTeach and mentor residents, fellows, and medical students (at academic sites)Participate in departmental and hospital-wide meetings and initiativesNationally ranked, Jefferson, which is principally located in the greater Philadelphia region, Lehigh Valley and Northeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey, is reimagining health care and higher education to create unparalleled value.
