Clinical Research Coordinator - Monroe, LA

You'll lead day-to-day study management, working closely with physicians, sponsors, and research teams - all while enjoying real career growth and a benefits package built to support your life outside of work.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate clinical trials from start-up through closeout
  • Perform phlebotomy and collect study samples/data
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, and sponsor protocols
  • Support and educate study participants throughout their journey
  • Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, CROs, IRBs, and labs

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of CRC experience
  • Phlebotomy experience required
  • Experience with industry-sponsored IP studies required
  • Bachelor's degree required; CCRC certification a plus
