Apex Geotech Solutions unites OCI LLC, GMS Piling Products, and DrillTools Inc. under one name to deliver the industry’s most experienced, comprehensive solutions in Deep Foundation Drilling. We design, manufacture, and supply tooling across the foundation industry — micropile casing, threaded reinforcing bar, small- and large-diameter drilling tools and accessories — backed by U.S.-based manufacturing, advanced fabrication and machining, and a longstanding reputation for quality, reliability, and responsive service.
Locations Wilkes-Barre, PA; Brookville, PA; Kilgore, TX; Houston, TX
POSITION SUMMARY
Supervises a production shift or department, directing team members to safely meet daily production targets and quality standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and direct production team members on assigned shift/department
- Assign work, monitor progress, and address production issues in real time
- Enforce safety rules and address unsafe conditions or behaviors immediately
- Ensure quality standards are met and non-conformances are reported
- Conduct daily shift start meetings and communicate priorities
- Manage time and attendance, overtime, and shift coverage
- Report daily production results to Production Manager
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years manufacturing experience with 2+ years supervisory experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in metal fabrication or heavy manufacturing
- Lean manufacturing training
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Manufacturing plant environment with full shift production floor presence.
